      SOLUTION: The forming method of a resin cover having an opening part to be closed and opened at a part of the cover main body in itself by a lid body, which is adjoined to be unified to the main body of the cover by a hinge member, and the method comprises steps of: forming a cutting groove 30 with a depth remaining a binding film on an outline of the lid 20 excepting the hinge member 22 in forming the cover main body 10; and finishing the lid to be openable and closable by tearing the binding film of the cutting groove 30 after the cover main body 10 is formed.
