If the load variation is not less than a predetermined value, it is judged that a rider's cruise canceling action has been made, and bias of the servo-motor is stopped, thereby canceling the cruising state.

Accordingly, the response time of the inventive oxygen sensor becomes shorter than that of the prior art oxygen sensor.
