摘要： A rotating electric machine includes a stator core of a cylindrical shape, a rotor core coaxially rotating inside the stator core, and a plurality of coils each formed by winding magnet wires using a slot formed axially in either the stator core or the rotor core, or both: it is preferable that each of the coils be split into a plurality of coil groups, that starting sections of winding of the magnet wires in one of the coil groups be wound adjacently to ending sections of winding of the magnet wires in another of the coil groups, and that the starting sections and ending sections of winding of the magnet wires in the two coil groups be connected at respective outgoing wire ends to one another, outside the slots.

摘要： A stator coil is configured of a first group of six turns of conductive wire, and a second group also of six turns, with the first group of six turns being wound on a spool, leaving a gap the same as the diameter of the conductive wire between winds. Upon completion of winding the first group, the winding is turned back, and the second group of six turns is wound in the gap, so as to be adjacent to the turns of the first group. The article is then inserted into a slot in a stator core of a stator, thereby configuring a stator coil. This provides for a rotating electrical machine and manufacturing method thereof with improved insulation resistivity regarding inverter surge voltage, and moreover high output can be obtained with a machine of comparable external dimensions with conventional machines.

摘要： The present invention provides an inverter-driven rotating machine system improved in insulation reliability, a rotating machine and inverter used in the system and an electric vehicle using the system. Three-phase AC electric power of the inverter INV is supplied to a rear motor generator RMG by using a cable CA1. One end of an additional cable CA2 is connected to rotating machine terminals, namely motor input terminals IT1 of a motor case RMG-C. The other end is connected to fixed voltage terminals, namely inverter additional terminals AT1 on an outer case INV-C of the inverter INV via resistors R.

A resistive element and a capacitive element which are connected to each other in parallel are connected between the signal input terminal and an inverting input terminal of the operational amplifier. With this configuration, overall admittances where elements connected to the corresponding intermediate nodes are in parallel connection are equal to each other.
