    • Liquid detergent compositions, are disclosed, comprising a surfactant and a builder mainly comprised of a quaternary ammonium salt of a carboxyl-containing polymer, which has good compatibility with surfactants and is capable of providing excellent detergency, especially, against mud dirt in washing clothes. Detergent compositions, are also disclosed, containing an alkoxylated alcohol nonionic surfactant having a specific distribution constant and narrow molecular weight distribution or an anionic surfactant derived therefrom, together with one or more of a quaternary ammonium or organic amine salt of a carboxyl group-containing polymer, a cationic surfactant and a quaternary ammonium or organic amine salt of a low molecular weight polycarboxylic acid, whereby detergency is synergistically enhanced.

    • An organic EL device is disclosed that prevents degradation due to moisture and oxygen and that avoids the generation of dark spots even when a substrate covered with polymer or made of a resin is used. The transparent electrode includes first and second transparent electrode elements. Each of the first transparent electrode elements is arranged alternately with each of the second transparent electrode elements. A side edge portion of each of the first transparent electrode elements overlaps a side edge portion of next second transparent electrode element through an insulation layer. The first transparent electrode elements are electrically insulated from the second transparent electrode elements.
