SOLUTION: A rotor is divided into inner and outer track parts, the inner and outer rotors are connected by an expandable lot, the track of the outer rotor is elliptical, and the track is brought close to that of the inner rotor to realize a rotating mechanism applying the principle of leverage. The rotational force is amplified by blowing high-pressure air onto the outer rotor at the angle meeting the rotational direction, and the durable inertia and the high rotational force are generated in the inner rotor.
