摘要： In a toggle-type clamping device that drives by belt driving by a motor, to detect securely a break in a belt using a simple and inexpensive construction. A dog is mounted on a crosshead of a toggle mechanism, a proximity switch is mounted on a rear platen, and arrival of the crosshead at a predetermined position is detected. A position detector is mounted on a motor that drives the toggle mechanism via a belt and a ball screw. When arrival of the crosshead at the predetermined position (a mold touch position or a position at which the mold is open a predetermined distance from the mold touch position) is detected by the position detector, if the dog is not detected by the proximity switch, the clamping device outputs an alarm as an indication that an abnormality such as a break in the belt has occurred. Simply by adding to a conventional toggle-type clamping device a simple and inexpensive detection unit such as the proximity switch, the dog, and the like, abnormalities such as belt breakage and the like can be securely detected.

摘要： An abnormality detection apparatus for a mold clamping device, having a simple configuration that can be constructed inexpensively. A dog is mounted on the crosshead of a toggle mechanism of the mold clamping device and a proximity switch is mounted on a rear platen. The shape of the dog and the location of the mounting of the proximity switch are adjusted so that the proximity switch switches ON at a mold touch position of mold touch and switches OFF when the toggle mechanism, which generates a predetermined clamping force, locks up. An alarm is output if the length of time during which the proximity switch is ON during the process of clamping the mold or opening the mold exceeds a predetermined reference value. If in the interval from mold touch to lock-up a large load is put on a servo motor and a belt that drive the crosshead and an abnormality such as breakage of the belt or the like occurs during this interval, it can be detected at once. Simply by adding a dog and a proximity switch enables breakage of the belt to be detected with ease.

摘要： A precharge voltage generating circuit outputs any of a plurality of kinds of precharge voltages in accordance with an ambient temperature. A precharge circuit supplies the precharge voltage to a bit line during the nonaccess of a dynamic memory cell. A sense amplifier amplifies a difference between the voltage of a data signal read from the dynamic memory cell onto the bit line and the supplied precharge voltage. The precharge voltage is altered in accordance with the ambient temperature, whereby the read margin of the sense amplifier can be changed, and the worst value of the data retaining time of the memory cell can be improved. As a result, the frequency of refreshing of the memory cell can be lowered, reducing power consumption and a standby current.

摘要： An internal voltage generator when activated, generates an internal voltage to be supplied to an internal circuit. Operating the internal voltage generator consumes a predetermined amount of the power. In response to a control signal from the exterior, an entry circuit inactivates the internal voltage generator. When the internal voltage generator is inactivated, the internal voltage is not generated, thereby reducing the power consumption. By the control signal from the exterior, therefore, a chip can easily enter a low power consumption mode. The internal voltage generator is exemplified by a booster for generating the boost voltage of a word line connected with memory cells, a substrate voltage generator for generating a substrate voltage, or a precharging voltage generator for generating the precharging voltage of bit lines to be connected with the memory cells.
