    • A differential pressure valve is proposed for a fuel injection system of an internal combustion engine. The differential pressure valve includes a diaphragm embodied as the movable valve element, which separates two chambers from one another. A fuel supply line discharges into one chamber and a valve seat carrier provided with a valve opening protrudes into this chamber. This chamber also houses a filter element and a valve spring is disposed coaxially with the valve seat carrier between upper and lower spring plates. The filter element is disposed such that a subsequent change in the tension of the valve spring is also possible. To this end, the filter element can engage the upper spring plate on one side in a sealing manner and on the other side can be supported in a sealing manner in a groove of the wall of the chamber (FIG. 1). In order to assure the free mobility of the filter element, it is provided with an elastically deformable area. As shown in FIG. 2, the filter element may, however, also engage the lower spring plate in a sealing manner and with its other end surroundingly engage the spring plate with as little play as possible, to thereby form a labyrinth seal.

    • A fuel distributor for fuel injection systems of internal combustion engines has a distributor housing having a plurality of location holes, connected to each other by a fuel supply line, for accommodating electromagnetically actuated fuel injection valves, a hold-down firmly clamped on the distributor housing, for fixing the fuel injection valves in the location holes, and fixing means for fixing the distributor housing to the intake manifold of the internal combustion engine. For the noise decoupling of the fuel distributor from the adjacent add-on pieces, a noise-decoupling flat gasket is placed between the distributor housing and the hold-down on the one hand and the fixing means are formed by rubber-metal elements on the other hand. If the fuel distributor is made of plastic, the rubber-metal elements are preferably made of a clamping bolt, a metallic distance sleeve and a resilient sleeve, which are arranged coaxially in the sequence mentioned and pass through through holes in the distributor housing and hold-down.

    • The invention is directed to an intake apparatus for an internal combustion engine with the apparatus including an intake pipe defining a longitudinal axis and a throttle flap mounted on the intake pipe, the throttle flap including a shaft having a shaft radius (r), a throttle flap having a thickness (t) and being mounted on the shaft to be rotatable through a displacement angle, and the shaft having a diameter (2r) greater than the thickness (t); a potentiometer operatively connected to the throttle flap for detecting the displacement angle thereof; a full-load stop for fixing the displacement angle of the flap at full load; the throttle flap being adjusted to a stop angle AW of the throttle flap by impacting on the full-load stop pursuant to the relationship:(2) (KETW)+(2) (AETW).congruent.(2) (WSW)-DAWwherein: WSW is a shaft shading angle, the angle of the throttle flap at which points on the throttle flap disposed farthest away from the shaft lie at a distance from the longitudinal axis equal to the radius (r); KETW is a permissible corresponding tolerance angle corresponding to the tolerance of the potentiometer; AETW is a permissible tolerance angle for the stop of the throttle flap; and, DAW is the difference angle by which a rearward tolerance limit for the throttle flap stop lies ahead of a rearward shaft shading limit.
