    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the heat generation of a rotation hydraulic cylinder by directly cooling a generating source of heat generation caused by sliding heat between a rotor and a fixing portion which is generated when the rotation hydraulic cylinder rotates, in the rotation hydraulic cylinder used for a machine tool composed of the rotor incorporating a piston capable of reciprocating and the fixing portion supplying working oil to the piston in the rotor.
      SOLUTION: A plurality of fans rotating together with the rotor are attached to the rotor, and the fans are stored in the a hollow oil collecting portion forming a lower part of the fixing portion. An intake air clearance taking the outside air into the oil collecting portion is formed between the oil collecting portion and the rotor. The oil collecting portion has an exhaust port at a side opposite to an intake air port. The outside air taken in by the rotation of the fans is ventilated in the oil collecting portion and discharged, thereby cooling the inside of the oil collecting portion.
