SOLUTION: In fixing the disc 21 and the packing 22 formed of the non-adhesive heterogeneous raw materials, a packing mounting groove 23 is formed to which the packing 2 is fitted. The packing 22 has the sponge member 27 and a rubber member 28 formed of a raw material homogeneous with that of the sponge member 27 and adhered thereto. The packing 22 is fitted into the packing mounting groove 23 of the disc 21 through the side of the rubber member 28 without using the adhesive when fixing the disc 21 thereto.
