摘要： A one-component moisture curable polyurethane composition containing a silane adduct is provided. The composition does not suffer from adhesion failure even when curing conditions were changed, and the composition exhibits excellent adhesion to various materials, and in particular, to glass and aluminum with no primer application. The composition also exhibits excellent curability, high foaming resistance, and good elongation. The moisture curable polyurethane composition comprises a urethane prepolymer, and a morpholine catalyst comprising a dimorpholinodiethylether (i) and a N,N-dimethylaminoethylmorpholine (ii). In the polyurethane composition, content of the dimorpholinodiethylether (i) in the polyurethane composition is preferably less than 0.15% by weight, and content of the N,N-dimethylaminoethylmorpholine (ii) in the polyurethane composition is preferably in the range of 0.04 to 2% by weight.

The Polyol-based polyisocyanate compound is a reaction product of a polyol more than triol and diisocyanate. The composition of the invention is particularly suitable for bonding glass to other substrates such as, for example, metal, plastics, and painted steel plates without employing a primer. Moreover, the composition has good foaming resistance, as well as good elongation.

In addition, the piston (102) reciprocates between the two end portions of the cylinder (101), so that the substance to be transferred is sucked from the inlet (103), is then caused to pass through the clearance (δ) between the outer periphery (102s) of the piston (102) and the inner periphery (101s) of the cylinder (101), and is consequently discharged from the outlet (104). Accordingly, it is possible to provide a shot pump (3, 4) which makes it possible to prevent a substance to be transferred from remaining in the pump, and to thus prevent gelation of the substance associated with the remaining, while securing the constant discharge performance, and which can thus be used over a long period of time with no maintenance, and to provide a control device (18) in a variable-speed-type two-liquid metering and mixing apparatus using the shot pump.
