SOLUTION: Provided is a hot melt adhesive type coating composition for indication comprising a thermoplastic binder, a body material, a plasticizer, glass beads and a powder of luminous material. The composition comprises 10-25 mass% of the thermoplastic binder, 0.5-2.0 mass% of the plasticizer, 20-40 mass% of the body material (an extender), 18-50 mass% of the glass beads and 5-35 mass% of the powder of luminous material, wherein the ration of the glass beads/the powder of luminous material (mass mixing ratio)=5/1-1/3, and not more than 0.8 mass% of a coloring pigment. 摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for easily refurbishing an existing asphalt pavement to obtain a pavement surface having water permeability or a water-retaining property.
SOLUTION: The existing asphalt pavement surface is heated and softened by a heating means 2 like an infrared heater mounted to a heating work carriage 1. A drilling work carriage 3 is provided with a base plate 4a having a number of drilling pins 4b on its lower surface in a protruding manner, of which the base plate 4a is freely movable up and down. The drilling work carriage 3 follows the heating work carriage 1. The drilling work carriage 3 is moved to the heated and softened asphalt pavement surface, and the base plate 4a is moved down at the position so that the drilling pins 4b may enter into the asphalt pavement surface using vibrations of a vibrator. Thus, a number of small-diameter holes 5 reaching a predetermined depth in the asphalt pavement, or a number of small-diameter holes 5 penetrating the asphalt pavement to the ground and having water permeability are drilled.
