The diaphragm 43 includes a voice coil 49 inserted in the gap between the drive magnet 33 and the speaker yoke 31 and displaced by a voice signal. The control magnet plate 53 is magnetized in such a manner that an area opposite to the drive magnet 33 or the speaker yoke 31 in a proximity state has an identical magnetic pole to an area opposite to the drive magnet 33 or the periphery of the end face of the speaker yoke 31.
