摘要： A mobile communication system 100 according to the present invention comprises handover control apparatus 1 and radio terminal unit 10. The handover control apparatus 1 controls handover of a radio terminal unit 10 between access routers 31-34 provided in respective base stations 21-24 for radio communication with the radio terminal unit 10. The handover control apparatus 1 counts the number of relay routers for every candidate access router 32-34 for a destination of the radio terminal unit 10, from a gateway device 52 and determines a COR on the basis of the number of relay routers for every access router 32, 33, 34 thus counted.

摘要： When a radio terminal unit 30 undergoes a handover between base stations 34, 36, a previous edge router 40 having been connected to the radio terminal unit 30, out of edge routers 40, 42 provided in respective base stations 34, 36, provides an instruction to instruct a relay router 48, under which the edge router 40 and every edge router 42 in the base station 36 as a candidate for a destination of the movement are connected, to buffer data from a correspondent node, and instructs the relay router to forward the data buffered in the relay router 48 according to the instruction, to the radio terminal unit 30 after the movement, after completion of the handover, whereby the buffered data is forwarded to the radio terminal unit 30. This implements forwarding packet data through the optimal path to the radio terminal unit after the movement in the handover control and achieves effective utilization of network resources and reduction of handover transactions.

摘要： A graphic is prepared by providing the starting points or end points of straight lines and circular arcs with identifiable marks such as black circles. Reading the graphic by an image reader (2h). A display controller of a display unit (2d) displays each of the graphic elements and black circles on a display screen as well as inquiries calling for the coordinates of the positions at which the black circles are provided and the nature of the graphic elements between black circles. The black circles relating to inquiries are made distinguishable from other black circles by being displayed in e.g. blinking fashion. Thereafter, the coordinates of a black circle which is made to blink and the nature of a graphic element (i.e. whether the element is a straight line or circular arc) are inputted from a keyboard (2f) in response to the inquiries, whereupon the next black circle blinks and the relevant inquiry is displayed. Data are thereafter inputted in similar fashion until all of the graphic data are finally inputted.
