    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure vibration of a measuring object easily and surely, even if the object is a remote measuring object.
      SOLUTION: This noncontact-type vibration/displacement measuring device M is equipped with an optical system 15 having a lens part 11 for aiming with respect to a measuring object region, an irradiation part 12 for irradiating laser light to the measuring object region, and a light-receiving part 13 for receiving reflected light of the laser light; a driving part 20 for driving the optical system 15; a storage part 25 for storing control information of the driving part 20, when the measuring object region is aimed at by the lens part 11; an aiming position specifying section for determining the aim of the laser light, irradiated from the irradiation part 12 based on the control information of the driving part 20; a detection part for irradiating the laser light to the aim determined by the aiming position specifying part, and detecting the output change of the reflected light generated due to the vibration or displacement of the measuring object region; and a vibration analysis part 30 for analyzing the displacement state or the vibration state of the measuring object region, based on the output change of the reflected light.

      SOLUTION: This distortion measuring method has a measuring scale installation process for installing a measuring scale 5 whose one end is arranged near a reference point A, specified beforehand relative to a measuring object 2, and whose other end is fixed and mounted on a part of the measuring object 2; an optical measuring device installation process for installing an optical measuring device 10 for detecting the moving state of the measuring scale 5 in the periphery of the reference point A; and a distortion calculation process for calculating a moving distance S of the measuring scale 5, based on the moving state of the measuring scale 5, before and after generation of the distortion detected by the optical measuring device 10, and calculating the distortion generated in the measuring object 2, based on the calculated moving distance S of the measuring scale 5 and on the length L of the measuring scale 5 specified, beforehand.
