    • A radiation detector and a radiological image radiographing apparatus capable of improving the quality of an obtained radiological image without causing an additional cost are provided. A first scintillator configured to include columnar crystals generating first light corresponding to a radiation emitted through a TFT substrate is laminated on the other surface of the TFT substrate that has a first photoelectric conversion element, which has one surface from which a radiation is emitted and the other surface from which at least one of the first light and the second light is emitted and which generates electric charges corresponding to the light, and a first switching element. A second scintillator which generates second light corresponding to a radiation emitted through the first scintillator and has different energy characteristics of absorbed radiations from the first scintillator is laminated on a surface of the first scintillator not facing the TFT substrate.

    • Bias lines are provided for respective columns of pixels, and of a plurality of bias lines, bias lines provided at an interval of 10 mm are connected to a bias power source through a current detector. The remaining bias lines are connected directly to the bias power source without passing through the current detector. In each pixel, if electric charge is generated by a radiation detection element in accordance with the dose of irradiated radiation, a current flows in the bias line in accordance with the generated electric charge. The current detector detects the current flowing in the bias line, and a control unit detects, as the timing of starting irradiation of a radiation, when the detected current (current value) is equal to or greater than a threshold value, and starts radiographing of a radiological image.

    • A double tuned circuit includes: a primary tuning circuit connected to an input terminal; and a secondary tuning circuit connected to an output terminal. The primary tuning circuit has a primary capacitor connected between the input terminal and a ground and a primary inductor connected between the input terminal and the ground and formed of a first coupling line having a spiral shape. The secondary tuning circuit has a secondary capacitor connected between the output terminal and the ground and a secondary inductor connected between the output terminal and the ground and formed of a second coupling line having the same spiral shape as the first coupling line, arranged alternately with the first coupling line, and having an M-coupling with the first coupling line. A length of the first coupling line in the range from a connection point between the first coupling line and the input terminal to a ground point and a length of the second coupling line in the range from a connection point between the second coupling line and the output terminal to the ground point can be changed by a tuning frequency, and the lengths of those are substantially equal to each other.
