    • The present invention provides a container, a lid body and a method of seaming a container, in which the influence of a load at the time of seaming can be made as small as possible, in the container having a seaming flange portion and a seaming curl portion notched. In a container of a structure in which a seaming flange portion formed at an open end portion of a container body, and a seaming curl portion formed on a periphery of a bottom lid are seamed to be joined to each other, and in which a notch is formed in at least one of the seaming curl portion and the seaming flange portion, a short and small curl portion in which a width of protrusion of the seaming curl portion is partially short is formed in at least one of circumferentially opposite sides of the notched portion.

    • A battery frame of the present invention has; any one of a conductive member and an insulating member which are sandwiched between electrode tabs of flat cells arranged in a stacking direction when a battery is formed, the conductive member electrically connecting the flat cells to each other and the insulating member electrically insulating the flat cells from each other; a holding member which holds any one of the conductive member and the insulating member so that the conductive member or the insulating member can swing in the stacking direction; and an electrode supporting portion in which the holding member is provided and which supports each of the electrode tabs of the flat cells. By this structure, it is possible to prevent deformation of the battery frame during the formation of the battery.

    • A battery module includes a plurality of flat batteries stacked upon one another in a thickness direction. The plurality of flat batteries each have an outer cover and plate-shaped electrode terminals connected. A power generating element is sealed within the outer cover of each of the plurality of flat batteries. The electrode terminals include substantially flat plates connected to the power generating element and projecting out of the outer cover in a projecting direction. The electrode terminals of the plurality of batteries are electrically connected to each other. Each of a plurality of electrically insulating spacers receives the electrode terminals of more than one of the flat batteries and the spacers are stacked in the thickness direction of the flat batteries. At least one of the insulating spacers has an opening along a projecting direction of the electrode terminal so as to expose a portion of the electrode terminal while supporting the plurality of electrode terminals spaced from each other in the thickness direction of the flat batteries.
