摘要： An apparatus for waste water treatment, wherein fluorine contained in waste water is treated into a fluoride through a chemical reaction and sludge containing the fluoride is thickened and dehydrated into a sludge cake, has first and second tanks each packed with calcium carbonate mineral. In the first tank, waster water containing fluorine is agitated by air discharged from an air diffuser and caused to react with the calcium carbonate mineral. Through this reaction of the waste water with the calcium carbonate mineral and action of microorganisms on the surface of the calcium carbonate mineral, a pH value and a fluorine concentration of the waste water is adjusted till the pH value and the fluorine concentration fall within their respective predetermined ranges. In the second tank, an aluminum agent is added to the waste water coming from the first tank while the waste water being agitated so that the pH value and the fluorine concentration of the waste water are further adjusted through a chemical reaction of the fluorine with the calcium carbonate mineral and aluminum agent and action of microorganisms propagating on the surface of the mineral so as to fall within their respective target ranges.

摘要： Developer-containing waste water is subjected to a multi-stage biological treatment. A waste water treatment apparatus for carrying out a two-stage biological treatment has an adjustment tank for receiving raw waste water and for preliminarily adjusting water quality of the waste water. First and second contact aeration tanks are used to biologically treat the waste water. First and second settling tanks are connected to the first and second contact aeration tanks for separating by sedimentation sludge from the waste water. Specifically, the first settling tank is connected to the second contact aeration tank. Sludge separated from the waste water is returned from the first and second settling tanks to first and second mixing tanks, respectively, and mixed with Bacillus Subtilis Kubota (BSK) and excess household sludge. The mixture is aerated and then transferred to the first and second contact aeration tanks, respectively. The aerated mixture in the first mixing tank is also transferred to the adjustment tank in accordance with the water quality of the raw waste water.

摘要： A water treating apparatus is provided which can treat waste water for use as raw water in an ultrapure water producing system without addition of various kinds of chemicals. The apparatus includes a first water tank for receiving acid waste water, a second water tank for subjecting the waste water from the first water tank to solid-liquid separation and discharging supernatant liquid, an ion exchange tank including ion exchange resin and an aeration tube for generating treated water through a membrane filter, a precipitation tank for settling ion exchange resin, an air lift pump for introducing ion exchange resin from the precipitation tank into the first water tank, and a return air lift pump for returning ion exchange resin from the second water tank to the ion exchange tank. The ion exchange resin acts to exchange ions with fluorine ions of treated water in the ion exchange tank and is regenerated by acid waste water in the first water tank.

A controller causes, in accordance with the operation inputted to the operating section, the display to selectively show: a first screen image showing a plurality of groups, each of which includes at least one digital image stored in a storage medium and categorized in accordance with a predetermined condition, so that the user designates at least one of the groups through the operating section; and a second screen image showing, in a substantial full-screen manner, the at least one digital image included in the at least one of the groups designated by the user, so that the user browses the at least one digital image one by one to specify the number of sheets to be printed with respect to at least one browsed digital image, through the operating section. The controller is operable to cause a printer to execute a printing operation in accordance with the specification performed in the second screen image when a print instruction is inputted to the operating section.
