摘要： The present invention provides a microgel having a mean particle size of 0.1-1,000 μm, the microgel being produced from a gel which is formed by use of a hydrophilic compound capable of forming a gel. An external composition containing the microgel provides an excellent sensation during use; i.e., the composition provides neither sticky sensation during use nor frictional sensation. Furthermore, even when a large amount of a pharmaceutical ingredient, such as a whitening ingredient, or a salt is incorporated into the composition, the viscosity of the composition is not lowered, and the composition exhibits excellent viscosity increasing property. In addition, the composition exhibits long-term stability, without inviting separation of water.

摘要： An object of the present invention is to establish means for reliably incorporating a poorly soluble UV-absorbing agent into a hair cosmetic composition, to thereby provide a hair cosmetic composition which has excellent effect of preventing UV-hair damage and which exhibits favorable sensation in use thereof. Specifically, the object can be attained through provision of a hair cosmetic composition including the following ingredients (1) and (2): (1) a polyoxy(lower alkylene) addition compound represented by formula (I): wherein R represents a phytosterol residue or a phytostanol residue; m is a number from 0 to 100; and n is a number from 5 to 100, and (2) a UV-absorbing agent having a triazine group.

Furthermore, the composition can be easily rinsed off after use thereof.

Further, between the fixing member and the electric heater, an angle member having surface portions respectively fitting onto an edge portion of the upper surface and an upper portion of the side surface of the elongated crucible is provided along the longitudinal direction of the elongated crucible. A pressing force from the fixing member is made to exert onto the electric heater via the angle member to bring the electric heater into close contact with the elongated crucible.
