The inner tray is installed with outer periphery of the inner tray tightened toward the screw shaft by the inner peripheral surface of the receiving body. This causes the inner tray to be not rotatable in the receiving body but axially slidable, and also causes the screw shaft and packing to be in intimate contact with each other to air-tightly seal off the upper section and the lower section of the inner tray from each other.
