摘要： Binarization is performed using a threshold image obtained by multiplying a variation in each pixel value of an input image with a coefficient. Although the variation is time-averaged based on an update coefficient for each pixel, the update coefficient is switched depending on whether or not a relevant pixel belongs to the object. Subsequently, from the binary image, an initial detection zone is formed and a spatial filtering process is performed thereto. The spatial filtering process includes at least one of skeleton analysis processing, object mask processing, morphology processing, and section analysis processing. For a tracking zone, the temporal positional change thereof is tracked, and the noise is reduced. Some of the tracking zones are removed, and the remaining zones are integrated into a cluster, and furthermore the cluster selection is performed based on the dimensions in real space.

摘要： A hematological specimen for classifying and counting leukocytes with a flow cytometer is prepared. A sample to be assayed is prepared by eliminating influences of erythrocytes from a hematological sample without changing leukocytes morphologically by adding a first aqueous solution of a low osmotic pressure including a buffer for adjusting the pH value within an acidic region and a second aqueous solution including an osmolarity compensating agent and a buffer for giving pH value suitable for staining, optionally further adding a salt, which dissociates into ions in aqueous solutions so as to control the electrical conductivity of the aqueous solution at a preferable level, while damaging the cell membranes of erythroblasts contained in said sample; and staining the leukocytes with at least four dyes including Astrazon Yellow 3G and Neutral Red. Thus leukocytes contained in the hematological sample can be classified into at least eight groups including immature granulocytes, erythroblasts, basophils, eosinophils, lymphocytes, monocytes and neutrophils, or nine groups invoving one having blasts in addition to the above-mentioned eight groups, by assaying a single specimen with a flow cytometer.

摘要： A method for editing an image on a display unit, an apparatus for executing the method and a computer program product for the method, wherein a predetermined CG object is designated in an image on the display unit, and in order to edit the image, a first command list for speech, motion, moving image reproduction or audio reproduction is displayed on the display unit, a command for editing the designated CG object is selected from the first command list and executed for the designated CG object. In the method of editing the image on the display screen and the apparatus for executing the method, the position information of the CG object located in the CG studio on the display unit and the information on the position and orientation of the camera for imaging the CG studio are read from a memory, it is determined whether the CG object selected by the pointing device is a CG character or a property, the information on the position to which the pointing icon has moved on the display unit by manipulating the pointing device is acquired, and the selected CG object is moved to the position to which the pointing icon has moved. Based on the information on the position to which the CG object has moved, the data on the character set-up window is updated in the case where the CG object is a CG character, and the data on the studio set-up window is updated in the case where the CG object is a property. The selected CG object can be dragged to the desired position by the pointing device.
