    • An air cleaner including a front housing, a rear housing, and a filter. The filter includes a plurality of parallel folds and partitions a pre-filtering chamber and a post-filtering chamber. The air cleaner circulates air, which enters the pre-filtering chamber through an inlet port, to the post-filtering chamber to filter the air. The pre-filtering chamber includes a diffusion zone located outward from an end of the filter in a folding direction of the filter. The inlet port extends in a direction orthogonal to the folding direction of the filter along a plane parallel to the filtering surface of the filter and opens in the diffusion zone.

    • The present invention aims at providing a gripper-base mechanism which is suitable for automatic and fine adjustment of gripper-base height, superior in durability and easy for manufacturing.In the gripper-base mechanism according to the invention, rotation displacement means 28 by screw mechanism is disposed between an adjustment shaft 24 which is provided in the radial direction within a sheet transfer cylinder 10 and a gripper-base bar 12 whose height can be adjusted in the radial direction of sheet transfer cylinder 10. A screw-base 32 which composes the rotation displacement means 28 has two male screw portions 38, 40 with oppositely directed thread and is key-jointed with one end of the adjustment shaft 24. Additionally, a tool receiving portion 46 is formed between two male screw portions 38, 40 and the gripper-base bar 12 is always spring-loaded by a spring member 50 in the direction of the adjustment shaft 24.

    • The present invention aims at providing fully automated de-coupling device with smooth switching operation and durability. Basing upon mounting ring 16, regulating gear 20 is disposed in parallel with fixed gear 18 to shaft 10 of reversing cylinder. Pressure lever 32 tightens the regulating gear 20 to the reversing cylinder by lever principle. One end of the pressure lever 32 is urged by plate spring 28 at the center of the shaft 10 and, by temporally breaking off thrust of plate spring 28, the regulating gear 20 is released. Shifting member 34 for temporally breaking off thrust against the plate spring 28 has a pair of screw bolt 36 and nut 44 and is co-axially positioned with the shaft 10. One end of screw bolt 36 is regularly engaged with power source 48 and the other end can be pressed onto the pressure lever 32 in opposition to plate spring 28. The screw nut 44 is pivotally attached via radial bearing 54 to flange member 22 which is fixed to the end of the shaft 10. Stay 58 protruded from press body prohibits movement of the screw nut 44 in relation to the press body. Flange portion 52 of screw nut 44 abuts against the flange member 22 via thrust bearing 56.

    • An air conditioning system comprises an air conditioning unit, a blower for blowing conditioned air, a polygonal branch chamber of prescribed volume, a main duct with damper for delivering conditioned air from the blower to the polygonal branch chamber and branch ducts with dampers for delivering the conditioned air from the polygonal branch chamber to a plurality of discrete spaces. The polygonal branch chamber ensures quiet operation. An electrical circuit board is mounted on the bottom of the polygonal branch chamber and all wiring required for control of the dampers and other components of the system are connected with this board to enable maintenance work to be conducted at a signal location. A circular inspection hole with removable cover is formed in the bottom of the polygonal branch chamber to provide easy access to its interior. The dampers are integrated into damper pipe units including actuators, opening degree regulators and other components required for damper operation, further simplifying installation and maintenance work.
