The dielectric porcelain composite comprises a primary constituent containing barium titanate; a first accessory constituent composed of at least one of MgO, CaO, BaO, and SrO; a second accessory constituent containing silicon oxide as a major constituent; a third accessory constituent composed of at least one of V2O5, MoO3, and WO3; a fourth accessory constituent composed of an oxide of R1 (wherein R1 is at least one of Sc, Er, Tm, Yb, and Lu); a fifth accessory constituent composed of CaZrO3 or a combination of CaO and ZrO2; and a sixth accessory constituent composed of an oxide of R2 (wherein R2 is at least one of Y, Dy, Ho, Tb, Gd, and Eu).

摘要： A dielectric ceramic composition comprised of at least dielectric particles having barium titanate as its main ingredient, wherein the ratio of dielectric particles having a surface diffusion structure comprised of a main ingredient phase comprised of the main ingredient and a diffusion phase present around the main ingredient phase with respect to said dielectric particles is 60% or more and the ratio of dielectric particles having a domain in the main ingredient phase with respect to the dielectric particles having the surface diffusion structure is 20% or less. According to the present invention, a dielectric ceramic composition and electronic device realizing good high temperature accelerated life can be provided.

摘要： A multilayer ceramic capacitor of the present invention includes dielectric layers and each of the dielectric layers has a main component containing barium titanate, a first auxiliary component composed of at least one kind selected from the group consisting of MgO, CaO, BaO, and SrO, a second auxiliary component containing a silicon oxide as a main component, a third auxiliary component composed of at least one kind selected from the group consisting of V2O5, MoO3, and WO3, a fourth auxiliary component composed of an oxide of at least one kind of first rare-earth element (R1) selected from the group consisting of Sc, Er, Tm, Yb, and Lu, and a fifth auxiliary component composed of CaZrO3 or a mixture (CaO+ZrO2) of CaO and ZrO2. Zr diffuses in crystal grains forming the dielectric layers and, in the crystal grains each having an average grain diameter, the depth of a diffusion layer of Zr is 10 to 35% relative to the diameter of the crystal grain. Therefore, the multilayer ceramic capacitor is excellent in reliability wherein the capacitance-temperature characteristic, i.e. a time-dependent change in capacitance, satisfies the EIA standard X8R characteristic (ΔC/C=±15% at −55 to +150° C.) and the resistance change ratio in an acceleration test is small (average life is long).

摘要： A dielectric ceramic composition contains components, with respective numbers of moles relative to 100 moles of barium titanate, including barium titanate, a first sub-component containing at least one oxide selected from a Mg oxide, a Ca oxide, a Ba oxide, and Sr oxide, a second sub-component containing an oxide containing 1 mol of Si atoms per mol, a third sub-component containing at least one oxide selected from a V oxide, a Mo oxide, and a W oxide, a fourth sub-component containing at least one R1 oxide (wherein R1 is at least one selected from Sc, Er, Tm, Yb, and Lu), a fifth sub-component containing at least one R2 oxide (wherein R2 is at least one selected from Y, Dy, Ho, Tb, Gd, and Eu), a sixth sub-component containing at least one selected from a Mn oxide and a Cr oxide, and a seventh sub-component containing at least one selected from calcium zirconate and a mixture of a Ca oxide and Zr oxide. The ratio (A/B) of the number of moles A of the second sub-component to the total number of moles B of the fourth and fifth sub-components is 0.7 or more. Alternatively, the ratio (C/D) of the number of moles C of Si atoms in the second sub-component to the total number of moles of the atoms in the first to seventh sub-components excluding the Si atoms and oxygen atoms being 0.2 or more, and the total number of moles of the fourth and fifth sub-components being 3 or more.

According to the present invention, an electronic device excellent in all of the dielectric constant, high temperature accelerated life, TC bias, and IR temperature dependency can be provided.
