    • A magnetic head handling glove capable of preventing the buildup of static charges and electric charge leakage and capable of withstanding use in clean rooms is described. In the magnetic head handling glove 1 of the present invention, the outer surface alone or both the outer surface and inner surface of a conductive glove 2 are coated with dissipative material 3,4. This results in coating of the conductive glove with materials useable in clean rooms and may suppress possible contamination that can result when a conventional conductive glove, lacking in such coating of dissipative material, is used directly in a clean room. Besides this, the conductive glove 2 is configured to be grounded directly with wire 5. In this way, even an operator prone to the buildup of static charges can be sufficiently prevented from building up static electrical charges and electric charge leakage.

    • To manufacture rimless eyeglasses without soldering the parts and to make the assembling easy, a bridge and two joint pieces are provided by cutting or punching a piece of metal sheet into a required flat shape. The bridge comprises a crossbar having two pin-like extensions, two press-fitting extensions and two leg extensions integrally connected to the opposite ends of the crossbar. The pin-like extensions have saw-tooth indentations formed on their surfaces, and the leg extensions end with hooks for fixedly holding nose pads. Each joint piece has a pin-like extension with saw-tooth indentations formed on its surface and a press-fitting extension. Each lens has a through hole and a notch made on either side. Each through hole has a flanged sleeve press-fitted therein, and the pin-like extensions of the bridge and joint pieces are inserted into the flanged sleeves in the through holes of the lenses, and the press-fitting extensions of the bridge and joint pieces are inserted into the notches of the lenses.

The reset can be executed not only by applying only a pulse, but also while providing an external magnetic field in the pinning direction, or only by giving a high magnetic field. A tool 500 can be commonly used for the initialization, reset, or read back response through each process level. For the quasi-static test, coils 531, 532, and 533 are selectively used as Helmholz coils.
