摘要： An electronic camera has a solid-state image pick-up device for picking up an image incident thereon through an imaging lens. The camera has a half mirror interposed between the lens and the image pick-up device, and, at its lower portion, a screen and a lamp for generating an information image. The half mirror transmits the incident image through the lens, and reflects the information image. Both images are synthesized, and a superposed image becomes incident on the image pick-up device.

摘要： An electronic photographing apparatus including a photosensor for converting an optical image, which enters through an objective lens, to an electric signal, and two comparators to which a video signal obtained by signal-processing the electric signal is supplied. Supplied to the comparators, respectively, are a reference voltage slightly lower than the saturation level of the video signal and a reference voltage slightly higher than the black level of the video signal. The comparators convert the video signal to a binary signal according to the reference voltages. The binary signals are supplied to a video signal processing circuit and are converted to a binary video signal. When the binary video signal is supplied to the display of an electric finder, an image which is over- or/and underexposed is displayed on the display. When the binary signal is supplied to an automatic exposure unit, the exposure of the scene is automatically controlled according to the over- or/and underexposure.

摘要： An image pickup device electronically senses an object to be photographed and generates an electronic still image signal. An A/D converter converts the electronic still image signal generated by the image pickup device into a digital signal. An error correction coding section performs error correction coding for the digital signal obtained by the A/D converter. A recording modulation section performs recording modulation of an output from the error correction coding section so as to perform predetermined magnetic recording. A recording section records an output from the recording modulation section on a predetermined magnetic recording medium. Different recording media can be used, such as magnetic and semiconductor, provided on respective imaging sub-systems. A semiconductor imaging sub-system is provided with an I/O controller for establishing compatibility with signals of the magnetic imaging sub-system.

摘要： An image recording apparatus includes a solid state image pickup; an A/D converter for converting a one-frame analog image signal from the solid-state image pickup to a one-frame digital image signal; and a recorder coupled to the A/D converter for accumulating a plurality of one-frame digital image signals which are intermittently and successively picked up by the image pickup and output from the A/D converter to form a single one-frame digital image signal, and for recording the single one-frame digital image signal. The recorder includes a memory for storing the single one-frame digital image signal. An adder is provided for adding the one-frame digital image signal produced from the A/D converter and a single one-frame digital signal produced from the memory, and for writing the addition results into the memory. A detector is coupled to an output of the adder for detecting a minimum value of the single one-frame digital image signal, and a subtracter is provided for subtracting the minimum value from the single one-frame digital image signal read out from the memory.
