摘要： An object is to improve the precision of estimating a blockage ratio or a deposited-scale thickness. In a deposit measurement apparatus that estimates a blockage ratio of a gap between a wall surface of a through-hole and an outer surface of a heat-conducting pipe or the thickness of a deposit deposited at the gap, an eddy-current flaw detection probe (61) acquires an eddy-current flaw detection signal by scanning inside the heat-conducting pipe with a sensor; and a processing device (62) estimates the blockage ratio at the gap or the thickness of the deposit deposited at the gap by using the eddy-current flaw detection signal for the gap of the pipe-supporting-plate protrusion in the through-hole.

摘要： An insertion-hole blockage-rate evaluation system is applied to a heat exchanger that includes a heat transfer tube and a tube support plate having an insertion hole formed therein for inserting the heat transfer tube therethrough. The tube support plate is displayed in a three dimensional manner in an elliptical diagram with a ratio between a long axis and a short axis being in a range from 1.0 to 2.0 inclusive, each of the tube support plates is serially arranged so as not to overlap on each other, and the insertion-hole blockage-rate evaluation system includes an imaging process of color-coding and displaying the diagram displayed in the three-dimensional elliptical shape according to a value of a blockage rate of the insertion hole acquired by checking the blockage rate of the insertion hole.

摘要： A lifetime evaluating system includes a digitalizing unit, an acquiring unit and a determining unit. The digitalizing unit digitizes an original metallographic image of a mechanical element to form a digital image. The acquiring unit acquires a plurality of labels from the digital image. Here, each of the plurality of labels is a set of pixels with a predetermined property. The determining unit classifies the plurality of labels into a class of voids and a class of non-voids based on evaluation data. A lifetime of the mechanical element is determined based on a number of labels in the void class and a size of each of the labels in the void class.
