    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide mobile scaffold equipment which can enhance construction efficiency by dispensing with wasteful work such as handrail assembling and disassembling work and the installation of a temporary working floor for the laying of a sleeper and which can prevent a worker from falling, and a temporary track rail and a scaffold board laying method, using the mobile scaffold equipment.
      SOLUTION: This mobile scaffold equipment comprises a traveling means which can travel in the longitudinal direction of a tunnel, and the handrail 5 which is provided on the face side of the tunnel and in parallel with the longitudinal direction of the sleeper. The height of the working floor is set to be in a position lower than a lower end of the sleeper and to enable the working floor to pass under the sleeper T, and the height of the handrail 5 is set to prevent the fall of the worker working on the sleeper T or a scaffold board.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reinforce an opening section for a shaft.
      SOLUTION: When segments are assembled, the segments having double structures composed of the first segments 21 and the second segments 22 are arranged to a section just above the opening section 3. The first segment 21 has a girder height, in which the segment 21 is not brought into contact with a gate 6 for the opening section 3 when the gate 6 is pulled up, and is arranged so as not to be brought into contact with the gate 6 when the gate 5 is pulled up. The second segment 22 is installed inside the first segment 21 by a bolt connection, and can be removed. A transmission member 12 for a load in the case of a shaft immersion is interposed and disposed among the segments 21 and 22 having the double structures and the gate 6. An entrance metallic flask 29 is mounted in the shaft after the shaft immersion, and a reinforcing beam 10 is connected between reinforcing members 7 and 8. The second segments 22 are removed. A shield machine 30 is secured. The gate 6 is pulled up, and the shield machine 30 is started.
