SOLUTION: A camera provided at an end part of the dry ash conveyor for picturing in a moving direction of the conveyor and an image processing device for inputting output of the camera and performing image processing are provided to detect changes 53, 545 of accumulation condition in a specific positions 51 and 52 and estimate accumulated quantity of clinker by performing image processing such as differential to video images 41, 43 of conditions 42, 44 of clinker ash on the conveyor.

SOLUTION: Logical expressions representing if-then rules or logical expressions representing restraining conditions by AND logics for respective devices related to ash shipment are arranged with orders in accordance with priorities for devices in a coal power generation plant, states of the devices are substituted to determine solutions corresponding to priorities or in accordance with a passage instructed by values of expressions, and a solution by which all the expressions are satisfied without inconsistency is determined in an inference machine. The inference machine repeats trial by changing the states of the respective devices to determine a plant operation solution capable of obtaining coal ash shipment quantity and coal ash quality in compliance with demanded specifications at the time of scheduled shipment. 摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simulator for coal ash quality in a silo capable of estimating components of coal ash deposited in each silo in a coal burning boiler for effectively actuating a coal ash effective use support system.
SOLUTION: A physical model related to ash quantity and ash quality in a device in a coal power generation plant is stored. From an input device 302, level and quality of coal ash in the silo in an ash processing device at a prescribed timing are inputted, a passage of delivery piping to connect a coal ash discharge position of a boiler to the silo in the ash processing device is inputted, and a boiler load and a coal operation schedule are inputted. A simulator computing device 301 uses the stored physical model to estimate transition of quantity and quality of coal ash at the coal ash discharge position of the coal burning boiler based on relation between a coal kind and boiler output. Situation of deposition of the coal ash in the silo in the ash processing device is estimated, and transition of the coal ash quality in the depth direction in each silo is reported.

The device is provided with a canvas for sliding and conveying the coal ash loaded while producing an air layer on a surface; and a flow rate adjustment gate 14 for adjusting an opening on the canvas on the under-silo air slider conveyor 3. In the device, a load current of a rotation driving machine 43 of the bucket elevator 4 receives a substitution parameter of the coal ash flow rate and a feed amount of coal ash is controlled by adjusting the opening of the flow rate adjustment gate 14 such that the load current value approaches to a predetermined set value.
