SOLUTION: In the power generating method, electrical energy is obtained by feeding the gas containing hydrogen and carbon monoxide to an anode pole 10a of a fuel cell (MCFC) 10 and feeding the gas containing oxygen and carbon dioxide gas to a cathode pole 10b of the fuel cell 10. The gas with a greater ratio of carbon components than in natural gas is fed to the anode pole 10a and the gas exhausted from the anode pole 10a is combusted so that carbon dioxide gas can be recovered from the gas after combustion. 摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for separating HS that can selectively separate only HS from a gas to be treated containing COand HS, and a hydrogen manufacturing system using the HS separating device.SOLUTION: Adsorbent filling towers 11 and 21 filled with HS adsorbent, in which activated carbon is made to carry triethanolamine, are provided and a mixed gas derived from a synthetic gas of approximately 40°C containing COand HS is supplied via a line 28. Valves 12 and 13 are opened, valves 22 and 23 are closed, valves 14 and 15 are closed, and valves 24 and 25 are opened. In the adsorbent filling tower 11, HS is adsorbed from the gas to be treated under a dry condition. In the adsorbent filling tower 21, HS is desorbed. When HS of the gas to be treated is adsorbed in the adsorbent filling tower 21 and HS is desorbed in the adsorbent filling tower 11, valves 12, 13, 24, and 25 are closed, and valves 22, 23, 14, and 15 are opened.

摘要： An object of the present invention is to provide a method capable of easily producing highly pure hydrogen even in the case of using, for example, low rank coal as fuel. Another object of the present invention is to provide a hydrogen production system capable of, by utilizing the above highly pure hydrogen production method, producing the highly pure hydrogen and fixing carbon dioxide at a place where, for example, the low rank coal is produced. According to the hydrogen production method of the present invention, when gasifying, for example, the low rank coal as the fuel to produce the hydrogen, carbon monoxide in a mixture gas is converted into carbon dioxide as much as possible by a water gas shift reaction, and next, the carbon monoxide remaining after the water gas shift reaction is oxidized to the carbon dioxide by a carbon monoxide selective oxidation catalyst. As a result, the highly pure hydrogen can be easily obtained by the gas separator.

摘要： A process is provided in which high-purity hydrogen can be easily produced even when low-grade coal or the like is used as a fuel. A hydrogen production system is also provided with which high-purity hydrogen can be produced and carbon dioxide can be fixed using the high-purity hydrogen production process in a field where low-grade coal or the like occurs. The process for hydrogen production comprises gasifying low-grade coal or the like as a fuel to produce hydrogen, wherein the carbon monoxide contained in the mixed gas is converted to carbon dioxide as much as possible through a conversion reaction with water gas and the carbon monoxide that remains after the reaction caused by water gas addition is oxidized to carbon dioxide with the aid of a catalyst for selective oxidation of carbon monoxide. As a result, high-purity hydrogen can be easily obtained with a gas separator.
