    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized porous substrate allowing a fisherman or an ordinary person to easily transport with a fishing boat to a place including adhesion requirements such as depth of water, illumination and wave strike in a mature stage of seaweed so as to perform substrate construction in the water, enabling secure adhesion and growing of embryo, gametophyte and sporophyte, and enabling creation of a seaweed bed by transferring to a desired place after adhesion and growing of embryo, gametophyte and sporophyte.
      SOLUTION: This small-sized porous substrate 1 includes a porous block body 5 formed by fixing an aggregate 2 and concrete mortar 3 to each other with a bonding material 4 such as an iron fiber, a synthetic fiber, and a natural material fiber, piling the product in an almost pyramidal shape, and forming an external surface in an uneven form so as to have water permeability. The porous block body 5 has a hollow part 6 opening toward a bottom side, and is piled on bottom metal fittings 7. Handles 8 are attached to the sides of the bottom metal fittings 7, and a connection metal fitting 9 whose both ends project to the outside of the bottom metal fittings 7 is fixed on the lower surface of the bottom metal fittings 7.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steel fish bank capable of preventing the hooking of fishing implements and protecting adhered organisms from the direct contact of the fishing implements. SOLUTION: This steel fish bank has a bank structure 2 for floating fishes on the central portion of a bank structure 1 which is used for bottom fishes and comprises a steel frame structure 3 having a relatively low height in comparison with the longitudinal and lateral lengths of the steel frame structure 3. The bank structure for the floating structure 2 is manufactured by vertically disposing plural steel materials 4 and subsequently connecting the upper end portions of the steel materials to each other with steel plates 17.
