摘要： A method for optimizing a wireless network comprises obtaining local measurement and feedback data from a single node in the network; estimating a state of the node by using the local measurement and feedback data in an analysis framework model of the wireless network; applying the estimated state of the node to a local control law to determine one or more local protocol parameter updates for the node; and transmitting the one or more local protocol parameter updates to the node in the network. The method can further comprise obtaining global measurement and feedback data from one or more additional nodes in the network; estimating a state of the one or more additional nodes by using the global measurement and feedback data in the analysis framework model; applying the estimated state of the one or more additional nodes to the local control law; applying the estimated state of the one or more additional nodes to a global control law to determine one or more network-wide protocol parameter updates; and transmitting the network-wide protocol parameter updates to the network.

摘要： A wireless device receives, from a base station, one or more messages indicating: a control resource set (coreset) of a bandwidth part of a cell; and a first reference signal (RS) associated with the coreset. A downlink control channel in the coreset is monitored based on the first RS. A control command indicating a group of one or more second RSs is received. The wireless device determines that the group of the one or more second RSs does not include the first RS. In response to the determining, the wireless device stops monitoring the downlink control channel in the coreset.

摘要： A wireless device may receive one or more configuration parameters for a cell. The one or more configuration parameters may indicate a periodic resource configuration. The periodic resource configuration may be activatable by predetermined values of: a hybrid automatic repeat request process identifier (HARQ ID) field of a first downlink control information (DCI) format; and a redundancy version (RV) field of the first DCI format. The wireless device may receive a DCI based on a second DCI format without the HARQ ID field and/or the RV field. The wireless device may activate the periodic resource configuration based on: a size of the HARQ ID field of the DCI and/or the RV field of the DCI being zero; and the periodic resource configuration being in an inactive state.

摘要： A wireless device transmits, one or more radio resource control (RRC) messages indicating assistance information for a sidelink operation. The assistance information indicates: an identifier indicating a logical channel associated with a sidelink traffic; and one or more periodicities associated with the logical channel. In response to the assistance information, one or more second RRC messages indicating one or more configured grant configurations determined based on the one or more of periodicities of the logical channel is received. The wireless device triggers, a transmission of a buffer status report in response to sidelink data of the logical channel becoming available. A scheduling request (SR) is transmitted. In response to the SR: the transmission of the buffer status report is cancelled; and one or more activation commands indicating activation of the one or more configured grant configurations is received.
