摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the painting method of galvanized steel structure enabling formation of multilayered coating films with extremely excellent adhesiveness with a base and corrosion resistance, even in a case of a film thickness of the multilayered coating films of 200 μm or less.
SOLUTION: In the painting method of a galvanized steel structure, primary paint (I) containing (A) epoxy resin having two or more epoxy groups in one molecule, (B) modified resin, (C) amine-based resin, (D) phosphoric acid-based rust-preventive pigment, and (E) constitution pigment, are applied to the galvanized steel structure to have a cured film thickness of 80-150 μm; and at least one kind of finishing paint (II) selected among fluororesin-based paint, acrylic silicone resin-base paint, and polyurethane resin-based paint is applied to have a cured thickness of 15-60 μm.

SOLUTION: The anticorrosion coating material for an aerosol spray can contains: (A) a single-liquid anticorrosion coating material that is an organic solvent-base anticorrosion coating material which is crosslinked and cured with a water content in air and that contains a moisture-curing urethane resin as a crosslinking functional group-containing resin (a), and if necessary, a crosslinking agent (b) which reacts with the crosslinking functional group in the resin (a); (B) an auxiliary organic solvent; and (C) a spraying agent. The amount of the spraying agent (C) is, by a volume ratio with respect to the mixture coating liquid of the single-liquid anticorrosion coating material (A) and the auxiliary organic solvent (C), in the range of (coating liquid):(spraying agent)=55:45 to 30:70. A simple method for daily repair is also provided by using the coating material.
