    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a metal oxide fine particle dispersion liquid substantially containing no impurity by using a solvent capable of easily forming a polymer composite, and to provide a polymer composite material in which the metal oxide fine particles are uniformly dispersed.
      SOLUTION: The metal oxide fine particle dispersion liquid is manufactured by bringing a metal salt into contact with a basic ion exchange resin in a solvent other than alcohols and water. As the obtained dispersion liquid can easily dissolve various resins, polymer composite materials containing the metal oxide fine particles can be easily obtained. The polymer composite materials thus obtained are high in transparency and do not interfere the development of quantum effect of the metal oxide fine particles, because the aggregation among the metal oxide fine particles is suppressed in the composite materials.

Optionally, a platinum catalyst and a cure retarder may be contained. And a silicone coating film-covered plastic molding is provided by coating the silicone coating composition and curing. A coating film uniformly dispersed with zinc oxide ultra fine particles at a high content without coagulating each other is provided and is excellent in transparency and UV absorption.
