The door 3 has the upper part thereof pivoted on an outer case with a hinge 6 while being set to almost fully close at the highest lifting position of the cabinet with movement regulation members 33 and 34. The movement regulation members 33 and 34 are so arranged as to enable the opening of the door 3 manually with a very limited width even under the interruption of the power source for the electric lifting mechanism and can be taken off through the clearance of the opening part with the door opened.
