    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To evaluate safety of underground structure and to design and construct the structure rationally by three-dimensional analysis by preparing a three-dimensional model based on GIS data related to the ground, results of boring test, CAD data related to the structure.
      SOLUTION: When constructing the large-scale underground structure in a target area, the ground data related to the ground and the structure data on a tunnel and a shaft are obtained as the three-dimensional data, and analysis on the whole is first performed. Then, if the results of the analysis on the whole do not satisfy the standards for safety and costs, local parts being doubtful about the standards for them are analyzed in detail. If the results of the analysis on the whole or the analysis in detail satisfy the standards for them, basic design of the structure is completed. The ground data used for the analysis on the whole and the analysis in detail are used for analysis by converting the results of boring test and the GIS data to be used for the analysis into the data usable for analysis by the three-dimensional model by translation software. For the structure data, the CAD data are converted by using the translation software for analysis.
