    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a drilling hole in parallel with press-fitting a casing in a location with an overhead clearance limitation.SOLUTION: When joining a reverse rod 103' and supplying a casing 10' to a casing press-fitting device 9, first of all, a rotary drilling device 7 is separated by a swivel head 6 and a base machine body 22 is turned left at 90°.
