    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for installing a cold resistant relaxing material for a liquid-proof bank integrated low-temperature tank, which is easy of quality control during construction, for being efficiently formed in a short period and free of performance defects.
      SOLUTION: A liner plate 15 having heat insulating bolts 99 is installed on the inner wall face of a cylindrical liquid-proof bank 13. A surface material 5C is provided on the surface of a heat insulating material 3C. A plurality of heat insulating panels 1C having bolt holes 97 are fastened via washers 101 with nuts 103 in the state of inserting the heat insulating bolts 99 into the bolt holes 97. Thus, the heat insulating panels 1C are fixed to the liner plate 15. The washers 101 have filling holes 105. Filled materials 21 are filled through the filling holes 105 into the bolt holes 97, and then the heat insulating bolts 99, the nuts 103 and the washers 101 are covered with fluid-tight materials 31.
