    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy-to-handle wall body which can insulate a sound by a simple constitution, inside which wiring and an wiring instrument can be easily mounted without being hindered by a sound insulating material, and which can be equipped with a sound insulating structure by simplifying site work.
SOLUTION: This wall body 3 is constituted by providing face plates 2 on both the sides of a plurality of juxtaposed vertical frames 1, respectively. An inside lower portion of the wall body 3 is divided into upper and lower portions by a horizontal partitioning frame material 4, so that a portion below the frame material 4 can serve as a wiring void space 5, and so that a portion above the frame material 4 can serve as a section 6 for internally mounting the sound insulating material. A lateral opening 8 for putting the sound insulating material 7 in the section 6 is formed on at least either of both the sides of the upper portion of the section 6.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and accurately perform partitioning, by absorbing a construction error in a lower ceiling backing in the stepped ceiling. SOLUTION: An upper end part of a partition wall panel 4 erected in a predetermined position of a floor 3, is connected to an under surface of a side end part of an upper ceiling backing 1. The side end of the lower ceiling backing 2 is constituted by retreating the side end of the lower ceiling backing 2 in the direction for separating from a side surface of the partition wall panel 4, to form clearance 5 between side surface upper parts of the partition wall panel 4. The lower ceiling backing 2 and the partition wall panel 4 are connected via a spacer member 6 in a state of interposing the spacer member 6 in the clearance 5. An upper ceiling material 7 is installed on the under surface of the upper ceiling backing 1, and the side end of the upper ceiling material 7 is allowed to abut on one side surface of the partition wall panel 4. A lower ceiling material 8 is installed on an under surface of the lower ceiling backing 2, and a side end part of the lower ceiling material 8 is projected more than a side end part of the lower ceiling backing 2, and the projecting tip is allowed to abut on the other side surface of the partition wall panel 4. • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound insulation structure between rooms in a dwelling unit, which enables underfloor sound-absorbing materials to be arranged in a thinned manner in a double-floor structure, and which can restrain a sound around an underfloor section from leaking into another room divided from the room on the side of a sound source by a partition wall, even if the underfloor sound-absorbing materials are thinned.
SOLUTION: In a structure in which the partition wall 4 is provided on a double floor 3 in a space enclosed with a skeleton wall 1, a gap is made between the skeleton wall 1 and the double floor 3. A space row, into which the sound-absorbing material 6 can be put, and a space row, into which the sound-absorbing material 6 cannot be put, among space rows which are formed between double-floor supporting base rows by arranging double-floor supporting bases, are provided under the floor. The sound-absorbing material 60 is arranged at least either in the section, along the skeleton wall, of the space row into which the sound-absorbing material 6 cannot be put, or in the lower portion of the partition wall.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To feed a wire in a partition wall panel, even if a construction error is generated in an upper ceiling backing. SOLUTION: An upper end surface part of the partition wall panel 4 erected on a floor 3 is connected to the upper ceiling backing 1, and a side end part of a lower ceiling backing 2 is connected to a side surface part of the partition wall panel 4. The upper ceiling backing 1 is constituted by installing an upper run-out preventive sash bar 15 between end parts in the longitudinal direction of a plurality of upper ceiling joists 12. A part including the upper run-out preventive sash bar 15 of the end parts in the longitudinal direction of the upper ceiling joists 12, is constituted so as to excessively project by a dimension α by going over a correct erecting position of the partition wall panel 4 on design. The dimension α is set to α ≥ α1 + α2 (α1 is a dimension of the construction error in the upper ceiling backing 11 predicted at a job site, and α2 is a lateral width dimension orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the upper run-out preventive sash bar 15). A wire feeding hole 4d is arranged for communicating with a wiring space 4c inside of the partition wall panel 4. The wire 20 is inserted into the wiring space 4c from the wire feeding hole 4d.
