    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for detecting a construction elevator landing at every floor by a noncontact method. SOLUTION: In this device, a space characteristic generating element 5 for generating electric waves or magnetic flux in a hoistway of a part is held in a floor landing part of the hoistway in which a car 1 of an elevator for construction is to be raised or lowered. A space characteristic detecting element 6 for detecting the space characteristic related to the electric waves or the magnetic flux is attached to the specified part on the car 1. A radio transmitter 7 for transmitting respective floor radio signals in response to the output of the space characteristic detecting element 6 is provided on the car 1. A radio receiver 8 for receiving the radio signals and then generating respective floor landing signals is attached to the floor landing part. A floor display is provided on the floor landing part, and the landing floor of the elevator is displayed in response to the floor landing signals from the radio receiver 8. The space characteristic generating element 5 is taken as an IC card or a magnetic flux element for generating electromagnetic waves for each stage, and the space characteristic detecting element 8 may be taken as an electric wave detecting element in relation to the electric waves of the IC card 5 or a hall element for detecting the magnetic flux.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To safely perform climbing in a short time by arranging an auxiliary mast along a mast, and integrally raising a crane main body and the mast by using this auxiliary mast in a tower crane construction method to make the crane main body and the mast climb. SOLUTION: In a first process of climbing of a tower crane, a fixing bolt to fix a mast 3 and an auxiliary mast 4 to a lower support base 5 is removed after fixing the mast 3 and the auxiliary mast 4 to this support base 5 by the fixing bolt by fixing the support base 5 to a building frame beam Fb of the uppermost floor. Then, in a second process, a crane main body, a mounting seat 2 and the mast 3 are integrally raised by driving a raising mechanism 6. Afterwards, in a third process of climbing, the auxiliary mast 4 is pulled up by inversely driving the raising mechanism 6. The mast 3 and the auxiliary mast 4 are fixed to the support base 5 by the fixing bolt. Climbing is performed by repeating these processes according to progress of work of a building frame F.
