      SOLUTION: In the extension and reconstruction method of the wind power device, proof stress of a first generation tower 3 is measured after start of service, loss proof stress and remaining proof stress at a time of extension and reconstruction are identified based on measurement results, and a second generation tower T1 is constructed by extension to an outside of the first generation tower further by using remaining proof stress as part of proof stress of the second generation tower T1 in the wind power generator provided with a tower fixed on a foundation 2, a nacelle attached at an upper part of the tower, and a wind turbine attached to the nacelle.
