    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint structure of a panel, which can enhance the construction speed, construction accuracy, cut-off property, etc. of the panel in an installation method for the precast concrete panel for being installed in a flood control structure of a waterway etc. and a hydraulic concrete structure etc. of a river etc. SOLUTION: This joint structure, in which end surfaces of the precast concrete panels 10 for being stuck on a wall surface and a bottom surface are joined together through or without the medium of a cut-off material 11, employs a lap structure in which engaging portions 12 of uneven cross sections formed on the end surfaces of the panels are engaged with each other by means of an almost L-shaped protrusion 12a etc., so as to overlap each other, and employs a hinge structure which allows the thickness-direction turning of the panel by the cross-sectional shape of the uneven surface of the engaging portion 12.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste excavation system and method that suppress spread of contamination from wastes in the ground and that, even if the wastes in the ground have high temperature, capable of efficiently cooling and excavating the wastes while safety and working environment are properly maintained. SOLUTION: The waste excavation system 1A includes excavator 7 for excavating natural ground M to dig wastes and a spray nozzle 11 for spraying micro waterdrops WD toward the wastes dug out by the excavator 7. In this configuration, micro waterdrops WD are sprayed from the spray nozzle 11 to the wastes, so that the wastes can be cooled by using latent heat of evaporation of the micro waterdrops WD. As a result, the cooling is possible with excellent energy efficiency compared with cooling by using sensible heat of water. Further, as the micro waterdrops WD evaporate by taking heat of the wastes, no soft ground is formed, therefor reducing risk of the excavation.
