    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily measure the quantity of moisture that are absorbed into and/or released from the surface of a building skeleton on a building site.SOLUTION: An absorbed and/or released moisture measuring device 1 comprises: a measurement cover 3 that covers a measurement object surface 2a, part of a floor surface 2 of a building; an electronic balance 4 that is placed on the measurement object surface 2a; a saturated-salt holding plate 5 that is placed on the electronic balance 4; and saturated salts 6 that are held on the saturated-salt holding plate 5. In the measurement cover 3, a closed space 7 is formed that is enclosed by the measurement object surface 2a and the measurement cover 3. Through the closed space 7, the saturated salts 6 absorb and release moisture that is released from and absorbed into the measurement object surface 2a. A weight change rate stable period is identified based on weight change data of the saturated salts 6 measured with the electronic balance 4, and a released-moisture quantity and a moisture-releasing rate of the floor surface 2 are determined based on the weight change data of the saturated salts 6 during the period.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curtain wall good in watertightness and easily suppressing dew condensation that occurs in a hollow layer of a spandrel section.SOLUTION: The curtain wall includes openings 10 and spandrel sections 20. The spandrel section is formed with the hollow layer S surrounded by a frame body, a glass panel and a back panel, and at least part in the frame body is formed with an isobaric space T2 surrounded by a rain barrier, a wind barrier and pieces of the frame body and having pressure equal to outside air. The frame body is provided with a plurality of holes 31h, 31j, 32h, 32j serving for communication between the hollow layer and one of isobaric spaces provided inside the frame body. The holes are determined in the opening areas by a relationship including the clearance area between the back panel and the indoor side and a water drop scattering limit differential pressure. The isobaric space is thereby extended to the hollow layer, and at least one of the plurality of holes is disposed at a higher position than the other holes.
