    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor structure of a clean room which suppresses the spattering of dust and the vibration by the construction, and which is constructed without moving various pipes installed under a floor while a manufacturing device is operating, and also provide a method of constructing the floor structure. SOLUTION: This floor structure of a clean room includes underfloor structural members 1 such as beams or sleepers formed of steel frames, reinforced concrete, or steel framed reinforced concrete, joists 2 which are formed of I-steels, H-steels or channel steels supported on the underfloor structural members 1, and floor surface members 3 laid down on the joist 2. Divided splicing reinforcement steel members 4 formed of channel steels or angle steels which are installed between the lower inner sides of the opposed upper flanges of the adjacent joists 2 and the floor surface members 3 are connected and fixed to each other with tightening bolts 5 to integrate together the floor surface members 3, the underfloor structural members 1, and the joists 2.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a hinge inducing portion, used for making a beam yield while preceding a column, in an arbitrary position of a truss frame, in the frame in which the beam having a high rigidity as in the case of a truss beam is laid between the columns, in which a span between the columns is secured and in which a space with no column is secured under the beam.
      SOLUTION: This flexural-yielding-of-beam preceding type frame comprises the columns 1, and the truss beam 6 which is laid between the adjacent columns 1 and 1 and which has upper and lower chords 2 and 3 and a strut material 4 erected on both the chords 2 and 3. The truss beam 6 is divided into a rigid area section 61 in a length direction, and a nonrigid area section 62 relatively lower in rigidity than the rigid area section 61. The hinge inducing portion 7, in which a hinge is formed in a preceding manner, is formed on a boundary between the rigid and nonrigid area sections 61 and 62.
