SOLUTION: Firstly, columns 3, 3 are constructed in advance. SOLUTION: PC posts 6 are hoisted with crane 16 and placed on the upper end of posts 1. At the same, a reinforcement joint projectingly provided on the upper end of the posts 1 is inserted into a sleeve buried in the lower end of the PC posts 6 where grout is filled up in the sleeve, thereby connecting the main reinforcement of the posts 1 to that of the PC posts 6. Then, a beam reinforcement cage 7 is hoisted and spanned between the PC posts 6. At the same time, a beam form 11 of an existing direct under floor is supported with a lift 14. A support is removed and the form 11 is stripped. Then, the form 11 is lifted up with the lift 14 and spanned between the PC posts 6 and supported on the support. A PC floor form is lifted and spanned between the forms 11. After floor reinforcements are placed, concrete is cast on the floor form and in the forms 11. The uppermost floor is constructed in the same manner.
