摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flood damage analysis system capable of performing flood damage analysis in consideration of a surface flow, a sewer line flow and a river flow.
SOLUTION: A computer 3 reads sewage data 15, river data 16, topography data 17 and weather data 21, a range aiming at analysis is set, and mesh data is made out. The computer 3 makes elevation data at a mesh unit. building occupancy ratio, attribute data, levee data and the sewage data are made out, and after those data has been checked, flood damage forecast analysis is performed on the basis of checked data, raining data and reservoir facility data. Then, the flood damage analysis is performed in consideration of water flowing out from a river to the ground surface and water flowing out to the ground surface from a manhole.

A user estimates the deterioration of concrete structures in the whole country by using an interactive mode of the computer 3 in the system for estimating deterioration and lifecycle cost 1. When the user specifies a concrete structure which is an object to be estimated, a value and a rank of estimation are calculated for each estimation item and displayed on a display 5. The user also examines the lifecycle cost calculated for each of items of the maintenance management policy, the content of maintenance management and the content of check, and thereby can carry out checking and repairing the structure on schedule at a reasonable cost and at the suitable time.
