    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic cleaner which is combined with an inner tank and an outer tank, and hardly causes uneven cleaning.
      SOLUTION: The ultrasonic cleaner is equipped with: the outer tank 30, which keeps the bottom face 32 fitted with an ultrasonic transducer 40 and stores a mediated liquid 50 for transmitting ultrasonic vibrations; and the inner tank 20, which is disposed inside of the outer tank with predetermined intervals and cleans a cleaning object M immersed with a cleaning liquid 60 filling its inside by ultrasonic vibrations propagated with the mediated liquid. The bottom face of the inner tank has inclination angles θ° with respect to the bottom face of the outer tank fitted with the ultrasonic transducer, and the inclination angles θ° are 5°/(ultrasonic frequency MHz)≤θ°

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic cleaner which ensures the uniformity of sound pressure in an overall area in a washing tank for favorable cleaning efficiency while suppressing the reduction of the sound pressure applied to a cleaning matter per unit time.
      SOLUTION: When an ultrasonic vibration inputted into a vibrator 9 is applied to pure water, etc. as a transmission medium via a diaphragm 7, a standing wave is formed between a base plate 3a of an inner tank 3 and the vibrator 9. The standing wave is an acoustic wave formed by overlapping an incident wave from the diaphragm 7 with a reflected wave which propagates the transmission medium in an outer tank 5 and is obtained by hitting and reflecting the base plate 3a of the inner tank 3. When the base plate 3a of the inner tank 3 and a base plate 5a of the outer tank 5 are oblique as in this embodiment, a distance from the base plate 5a of the outer tank 5 is changed along the oblique base plate 3a of the inner tank 3, and the sound pressure applied on the base plate 3a of the inner tank 3 is changed in accordance with a position of the base plate 3a of the inner tank 3.
