    • Disclosed is a hot water supplying system of a boiler equipped with a double pipe heat exchanger, which can normally perform a heating operation in the boiler having the double pipe heat exchanger, in which an outer pipe used for a hot water pathway and an inner pipe used for a heating water pathway are installed, under a circumstance where water supply is stopped. The hot water supplying system includes: a double pipe heat exchanger including an outer pipe to which combustion heat is directly transferred from a burner of a combustion chamber; a cold water pipe for supplying water to the outer pipe of the heat exchanger; and a hot water supplying pipe through which water is discharged from the outer pipe of the heat exchanger, wherein a backflow cutoff valve and a pressure absorbing device are mounted on the cold water pipe. The hot water supplying system is provided with the backflow cutoff valve and the pressure absorbing device, thereby normally performing an operation of heating rooms under a circumstance where water supply is interrupted.

    • The present invention relates to a water heater equipped with a leakage detecting device. To achieve the water heater, the present invention includes: a flow control valve that is disposed at an inlet and controls the flow rate of water flowing into the water heater; a leakage detecting device that detects when water which has flowed in the water heater leaks out through pipes in the water heater due to burst of the pipes and is filled at or more than a predetermined level from the floor of a water heater case, and then transmits a signal to a controller; a case that protects parts in the water heater by shielding the parts from the outside; and the controller that controls a series of combustion processes and operation of the water heater, and closes the flow control valve, when a leakage detection signal is transmitted from the leakage detecting device. According to the above configuration, when water is filled at a predetermined level in the water heater by bursting of pipes inside the water heater, the controller connected with the leakage detecting unit detects the leakage and closes the flow control valve, such that it is possible to prevent damage to the water heater itself due to burst of the pipes inside the water heater and cor¬ responding second damage.

    • The present invention relates to a method of controlling the temperature of hot water for using hot water at a low-flow rate in a hot water supply system. The hot water supply system includes: a flow sensor; a heat exchanger; a water tank, a temperature sensor; a controller having an input unit; and a pump that is disposed in a pipe line connecting a first diverging point formed at a pipe line for an outlet and a second diverging point formed at a pipe line for an inlet. The method includes: measuring the flow rate of water flowing into the hot water supply system, using the flow sensor; preheating-circulating the water in the hot water supply system through an internal circulation path connecting the first diverging point, the second diverging point, and the heat exchanger, using the pump, after the controller stops the combustion of the heating device when the measured flow rate is an operation flow rate of the water supply system or less; measuring the temperature of the water circulating, using the temperature sensor; and setting predetermined temperature above user set-temperature as preheating circulation-off temperature and predetermined temperature below the set temperature as preheating circulation-on temperature, and then starting operation of the heating device when the temperature measured by the temperature sensor is preheating circulation-on temperature or less and stopping the operation of the heating device when the measured temperature is the preheating circulation-off temperature or more, using the controller.
