摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foamed speaker diaphragm edge material, and its producing method, exhibiting excellent heat resistance, cold resistance, moisture resistance, durability against high volume, appearance insusceptible to surface whitening, and recycling properties and ensuring good sound quality over a long term even under a severe environment, e.g. inside of an automobile. SOLUTION: A compound of rubber and resin comprising an olefinic thermoplastic elastomer, a styrene based thermoplastic elastomer, and ethylene α-olefin copolymer is fusion kneaded and foamed simultaneously by an extruder 11, rolled into plate shape by means of a die (T die) 12 and then drawn by means of a nip roll 21 thus obtaining a sheet-like foamed molding. Since a skin is fixed to the surface, the sheet-like foamed molding can be vacuum shaped easily. An edge-like foamed speaker diaphragm edge material obtained by shaping the sheet-like foamed molding through a vacuum shaping machine is lightweight, exhibits good sound quality and has strength durable against high volume.

SOLUTION: This resin composition contains an olefinic resin mainly comprising an ethylene-α-olefin copolymer wit a density of and a melt index of 0.5-10g/10min and a metal hydrate. The objective wall paper comprises an olefin resin composition and a paper substrate. The wall paper is produced by laminating an olefinic resin composition on a paper layer and foaming the resin composition layer or forming the olefin resin composition in a sheet, then foaming to form a foam sheet, then laminating the foam sheet on the paper layer.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a wall covering material, capable of forming an embossed pattern having a sufficient depth and a beautiful appearance with a usual embossing apparatus, excellent in flame retardance and consisting essentially of a paper pulp. SOLUTION: This wall covering material has an embossed pattern formed in the surface thereof, consists essentially of a paper pulp and contains 30-90wt.% paper pulp fibers and 10-70wt.% olefin fibers and further a flame retardant. For example, the paper pulp fibers are mixed with the olefin fibers and formed into a sheet of paper, which is then coated or impregnated with the flame retardant. The embossing treatment of the resultant paper is then carried out to form an uneven pattern.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce reflection X-rays by laminating a thermoplastic synthetic resin layer formulating specific value of iron oxide on a flame-retardant base material surface with regard to thermoplastic synthetic resin to mold interior finish material. SOLUTION: A vinyl chloride resin sheet formulating ferric oxide of 50-150 pts.wt. making a main component of mica-like ferric oxide of grain size of 100×m or smaller and thickness of 5μm or smaller with regard to thermoplastic synthetic resin of 100 pts.wt. composed of vinyl chloride resin and the like are made. The vinyl chloride resin sheet is stuck on a flame-retardant base material surface of paper impregnating a flame-retardant agent, aluminum hydroxide paper, glass fiber paper and the like to form interior finish material. Next, when the flame-retardant base material surface of the interior finish material is stuck on the wall face, ceiling face and floor face of a roentgen room and the vinyl chloride resin sheet is attached as an indoor face, a part of a minute X-ray which reflects on iron oxide in the sheet is absorbed. Thus, reflection of the X-ray in the roentgen room can be reduced.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a vinyl chloride resin foamed sheet having fire retardancy and high in foaming magnification by compounding inorg. fine particles with a vinyl chloride resin and an ethylene/vinyl chloride copolymer resin in a predetermined ratio with respect to the sum total of those resins and foaming the obtained compd. in predetermined foaming magnification. SOLUTION: 60-200 pts.wt. of inorg. fine particles are compounded with 100 pts.wt. of the sum total of a vinyl chloride resin and an ethylene/vinyl chloride copolymer resin and foaming magnification is set to 4-10 times. The vinyl chloride resin is pref. a resin with a polymerization degree of 700-1,300 and a polymerization degree may be single or a combination of a plurality of ones. The polymerization degree of the ethylene/vinyl chloride copolymer resin is pref. 650-1,300 and may be single or a combination of a plurality of ones. The ethylene/vinyl chloride copolymer resin is 30-3 pts.wt. per 70-97 pts.wt. of the vinyl chloride resin and pref. 20-5 pts.wt. per 80-95 pts.wt. of the vinyl chloride resin.
