摘要： PURPOSE:To form a repaired part having good compactness and strength by filling monolithic refractory in a dismantled part around an iron tapping hole in excess thickness state and locally press-sticking and forming the part to be repaired after pressing the part with a pressing disk fitted to a mud gun. CONSTITUTION:In a plugging work for iron tapping hole, the monolithic refractory 8 is ejected into the dismantled part 19 around the iron tapping hole and packed sufficiently in excess thickness state. The whole excess thickness part 8a of the monolithic refractory in the filled repairing part is pressed with the pressing disk 3 set to the mud gun 1 cylinder tip 2 and flatly pushed in. After pressing, the part near the iron tapping hole in the filled repairing part is locally press-stuck and formed with the mud gun cylinder tip 2 removed with the pressing disk 3 so that the surface 8b of the filled repairing part is juxtaposed with the outer surface 11a of the existing refractory 11 around the iron tapping hole. By this method, the compactness is made almost uniform over the whole repairing range and the repaired part having a prescribed strength is obtd.

CONSTITUTION:Before pouring a castable refractory 13 between the iron tapping trough 12 for blast furnace and the mold form 11 for trough, a piston rod 20a is advanced from a cylinder device 20 arranged to the mold form 11 for trough. Then, an intermediate rod 19 is advanced through a guide pipe 21 and the mold form 17 for remaining iron removal hole composed of a cylindrical air-tight flexible material is arranged to the lower part in a mold form for molten iron weir positioned at a skimmer part 14. Successively, gas is supplied into the mold form 17 for remaining iron removal hole through a gas carrying tube 18c and bulged and the castable refractory 13 is poured into gap between the trough 12 and the mold form 11 and at the same time, poured into the mold form for molten iron weir and dried and hardened. At the time of completing the drying and the hardening, the mold form 17 for remining iron removal is exhausted and shrunk and taken off to form the remaining iron removal hole in the molten iron weir 15. By the method, the heavy labor of worker and the work in bad environment are eliminated, and the remaining iron removal hole is easily formed.

Then, by detecting the peak part having >= fixed area and >= fixed distance from the opening part of the iron receiving vessel with a deciding means 3 as slag splash, the slag foaming can be detected automatically and accurately, and the operator is unnecessary to always observe the picture of the opening part of the iron receiving vessel.

摘要： PURPOSE:To protect a worker against heavy labor and adverse environment and to form a sound repaired part by providing a blowing nozzle for monolithic refractory in a device body supported with the top part of arm of a robot and a hole opening machine for opening a gas venting hole in the repaired body. CONSTITUTION:A flange at the base end part and a flange at the tip part of arm of the robot are fastened with bolts to support the device body 4 of a repairing device 1 to the tip part of arm of the robot. The device body 4 is integrally provided with the blowing nozzle for spouting monolithic refractory supplied from a material supplying device and the hole opening machine for boring the gas venting hole to the repaired part. At the time of repairing the worn part around an iron tapping hole, the robot is positioned to the upper part of the worn part and the repairing device 1 is supported and the blowing nozzle is faced to the worn part by the movement of the robot and positioned. The monolithic refractory is spouted and filled corresponding to the worn profile to form the repaired part. After passing a prescribed time, the hole is opened in the repaired part with the hole opening machine.

摘要： PURPOSE:To provide the cooler for a high-temp. fluid transfer body which is simple, inexpensive, low in installation and maintenance costs, is safe and harmless and is good in cooling efficiency. CONSTITUTION:This cooler 1 is constituted by tightly fixing a cooling body 8 to a shell 7 and installing a water feed pipe 11 in the upper part thereof. Further the cooler has a prescribed space 9. The cooling body 8 is formed from a porous material (ceramic felt) having excellent water absorption water retaining property and heat resistance at 100mm thickness. Cooling water is supplied from the water feed pipe 11 to the cooling body 8. The water feed pipe 11 is provided with a flow rate regulating valve 12 in mid-way. The space 9 is so formed in the upper part of the cooling body 8 that the cooling water heated by the shell 7 can be diffused in the form of steam into the atmosphere.

摘要： PURPOSE:To improue a seuere environment for a human body in the repairment of the peripheral part of an iron tapping hole in a blast furnace. CONSTITUTION:A mozzle for injecting monolithic refractory in a robot is descended from the opening part prouided in a tuyere checking deck above the iron tapping hole, and the tip of the nozzle injection part is positioned into the recessed part of the iron tapping hole. By injecting the monolithic refractory, this refractory is filled by more amount than that reqiured for the recessed part, and the filling part is press-fixed and fromed by a mud gun and dried and hardened to form the peripheral part of the iron tapping hole in the blast furnace. Further, the repairing device is constituted by mounting the robot hinging the injecting nozzle at the tip part of an arm being swingable and liftable, injecting material supplying device, control device and safety fence, etc., on a truck capable of traveling from a storing position to the repairing position on the tuyere checking deck.
