    • PURPOSE:To obtain a uniform excution material having dense texture by injecting water in a transport pipe in the vicinity of the execution spot to apply water adding and mixing treatment to a refractory material and subsequently feeding and kneading the refractory material while separating feed air. CONSTITUTION:A refractory powder material is quantitatively and continuously delivered from a material delivery device 1 and the delivered material is fed through a material hose 7 by compression air. In this case, before the fire- resistant powder material 2 is charged in a quantitative delivery device 3, the fire-resistant powdery material preliminarily kneaded in a semi-wet state along with water corresponding to 1-3wt.% of a necessary execution water amount by a mixer is fed or water corresponding to 1-3wt.% of the necessary execution water amount is added to the fire-resistant powdery material from a primary water injection port 8 provided on this side separated from a nozzle water injection orifice 9 by at least about 10 m or more.
