CONSTITUTION:This thermometer consists of optical systems 2, 2' consisting of the camera modules 1, 1', optical interference filters 3, 3' and 75-mm telephotolenses 4, 4', an image input circuit 5 which clamps the output NTSC signal of an external period mode, an external memory 6 which successively stores the outputs thereof, a host CPU 7, and a display 8 for displaying the temp. distribution pattern. The optical systems 2, 2' measure the heat radiation energy distribution from the surface of the measuring part of the measuring object heated to a high temp. The measured distribution is put as a synchronizing signal into the modules 1,1', the outputs of which are clamped in the circuit 5 and are then transferred as digital signals to the CPU 7. The CPU makes temp. calculation with the data of respective pixels and displays the data as images. The exact temp. distribution pattern is obtd. in this way.

The emitting elements emit and the integrated photodiode in the photodetecting part 2 operates. Thus, switching of the coefficient multiplication switch part 3 is executed.
